Philosophy of Consultancy for Research Based Enquiry Learning and Qualitative Research Projects
People should be in charge of their own learning and development. We believe therefore that learning and research should be tailored to people's needs, interests and concerns and to the contexts within which they find themselves. This is not always easy for people to do by themselves. Thus we are able to offer some consultancy to help.
Our experience of research and development in a wide range of organisations and communities enable us to offer consultancy to support professional development, professional learning, social justice in conflictual situations, understanding organisational change and embedding innovations in workplace contexts.
