Notes:
The extended team includes about an additional 8 people who can be
called upon for advice and carrying out fieldwork. Our phase 1 strategy
involved sending teams of people to various universities and clinical areas
in order to interview and collect relevant documentation. Phase 2
will focus more intensively upon the practice area itself involving ‘shadowing’
people during a shift.
