In short, the vision is of mutual education for professional
practice where quality assurance becomes embedded through systematic dialogue
about practice. Making this publicly accessible to critical evaluation
is as fundamental to professional action as it is to student learning.
They are the two sides of the same coin. The details
of such a vision of course have yet to be fully developed. This is
only an illustrative sketch. But what can the student contribute
here?
