Notes:
It seems to me that students may provide a valuable service
in terms of providing the means through which busy staff can continuously
evaluate their work circumstances and reassess their strategies for the
accomplishment of high quality care. The key issues
to is make sure that knowledge developed by any one professional is made
public for both wider use and critique.
